After working in the engineering and design industry for several decades, I realized that the options available to consumers seeking green home living were extremely limited. Living in a green and sustainable home should not mean sacrificing luxury and comfort to do so, nor should it come with an exorbitant price tag. Which is why, in 2002, I founded Mundi Homes.

Mundi Homes offers green and energy efficient home construction with custom and innovative designs that make your home a sanctuary, all while keeping costs competitive with today's housing market.

At Mundi Homes, we offer innovative and unique concepts to the housing market. In fact, we often compare our company to the evolving automotive industry. For instance, in the 1950s the automobile was inefficient, lacking in both comfort and design. The automotive industry as a whole took note of the many flaws in the first automobiles. As time elapsed, leaders in the industry applied their increased knowledge and technology to design a significantly improved model of the automobile. As anyone can see, today's automobile has greatly evolved in both function and design. Automobiles now run much more efficiently, saving the owner gasoline and therefore money, all while providing a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience for the passengers.
